We carefully prepare all orders within 1 to 2 days. Once shipped, you will receive your order within the following timeframes:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track the status of your delivery at any time.
Return period
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.
Terms
For the return to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed and with their original labels.
We do not accept returns on personalized or unlabeled items.
How to make a return
Write to us at contact@annaisparis.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.
Once the package has been received and checked, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
